AN AVAILENCEā„¢ EXPERIENCE

The Weekly Pause

A little space can change everything.

A free, VIRTUAL weekly mindfulness and meditation circle.

Life moves quickly. There is always another message to answer, another decision to make, another person who needs something.

And somewhere in the middle of it all, there is you.

The Weekly Pause is an invitation to step away from the noise for thirty minutes. To notice what is happening within you. To reconnect with your body, your breath, and the present moment.

Not because something needs fixing, but because sometimes the simple act of pausing changes what becomes available.

You don't need to
do anything here.

You don't need experience with meditation.

You don't need to arrive calm, centered, or ready.

You don't need to share anything you're not comfortable sharing.

You can come exactly as you are.

Some weeks you may feel settled. Other weeks you may feel distracted, tired, uncertain, or full of energy.

There is room for all of it.

What happens inside
the circle?

Every week, we gather live online for thirty minutes of mindfulness, guided meditation, and gentle reflection.

We begin by arriving in the present moment, explore a simple theme through awareness and meditation, and close with a reflection to carry into everyday life.

The structure stays familiar. The experience is different every time.

YOUR GUIDE

Renee Metty

I believe there is more available to us than we often realize.

My work brings together mindfulness, Gestalt awareness, embodied practices, and a deep curiosity about what becomes possible when we create the conditions to notice.

The Weekly Pause is one small way of sharing that work.

A place where nothing needs to be accomplished and everything can be noticed.

Questions you
may have

Do I need to know how to meditate?

Not at all. Every practice is guided and accessible to beginners.

Will I have to speak or turn on my camera?

No. Participation is always your choice. You are welcome to listen, reflect, and be present in whatever way works for you.

Do I have to attend every week?

No. Register once and join whenever you can.

Will the circles be recorded?

No. We keep the live experience private and present.

Make a little space
for yourself.

Thirty minutes once a week to notice what's here and discover what becomes available.
